THE ROUTE

Long Route
Distance: 55km

The long route is a challenging course that takes riders through the scenic vineyards of Lourensford Wine Estate. You might have had a taste of this at previous Lourensford Classics, so come back and experience even more stunning trails; these have been opened exclusively for the MTN Vigne à Vigne presented by Cape Times.

Short Route
Distance: 26km

The shorter route is ideal for the upcoming mountain biker. Test your skills on this scenic course.

If you would like to be seeded for this event, please email your motivation to info@grandstandmanagement.com by March 17, 2010.

SHOWERS
 
Showers will be available for all participants, so bring a change of clothes and enjoy the day in Lourensford Wine Estate.
 
RESULTS
 
The MTN Cape Times Vigne à Vigne long and short routes are timed events and results will be made available on the race website after the event.

RULES

  • No refunds. No substitutions. No exceptions.
  • No helmet, no ride.
  • A rider younger than 14 years on race day must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or older.
  • A rider younger than 18 years on race day will require a legal guardian to accompany them when collecting their start numbers.
  • Instructions of marshals must be strictly adhered.
  • No littering or unnecessary damage to the environment will be tolerated.
  • Start batches will be allocated according to registration order (i.e. early registration, early start batch)
  • Race cut off: 12h30
  • All participants will sign a online or at registration.
